We all in SSP do believe in the fact that the sales department performs the first deal but the rest is done by the after sales' correct performance. therefore, we hardly tried to establish a very qualified after sales department.
It is importnat to mention that during the last 19 years we had no shut domwn at our after sales department and 24/7 basis was strictly followed by us. besides the non-stop and professional services, customer satisfaction still can not be achived in the absence of financial transparancy. to do this, since the establishment of SSP, we allways copy our correspondence to the related supplier.
to avoid any sort of problems, in the beginning of each year, we receive an "approved service rate" from our LIEBHERR. the said rates are used as the only reference for preparing the service invoices.
